How to make firm Tofu at home using only vinegar?
Time consuming but WORTH IT !
Follow these easy step and enjoy your tofu !

You will need:
- Soybeans ( as much as you need. I used 1kg )
- Fresh water for soaking and blending ( for each 1 cup soybean blend with 2 cups water )
- Vinegar diluted in some water ( I usually eyeball it. For each 300g of soybean you will need around 1/2 cup vinegar then adjust from there )
- Tofu mold ( or any container with holes in it to let the extra water escape )
- Thin cloth ( soft cotton muslin cloth )
- Thermometer (if you don't have one, just bring the soy milk almost to a boil, remove from heat then let rest for a few minute and then you could add coagulant )
- High speed blender ( mine is 700 W )
