In this video, I show you a variation of a pattern that Mike Michalkow just showed me during a recent lesson. I loved it so much I had to quickly learn it and pass it on to you. The pattern is called an Abakwa (also known as Abakuá). It was a pattern played by a secret society that originated in Nigeria.
