Broadstairs is a coastal town in East Kent situated between Margate and Ramsgate. It’s one of Thanet’s seaside resorts and is known as the “Jewel in Thanet’s Crown” and you can see why when you see the stunning bays around the town.
Viking Bay in Broadstairs Kent is a popular seaside town made even more famous due to the fact that it was the favourite holiday destination of Charles Dickens. Dickens loved the place so much he leased a huge house on the clifftop overlooking the beach and the sea where he gazed down onto Viking Bay and wrote his novel David Copperfield. This magnificent horseshoe-shaped bay is the main attraction in Broadstairs.
