This is my go-to healthy cookie dough recipe when my kids want a treat and I don’t want the sugar spiral. It’s quick, safe to eat, and made with nourishing ingredients you probably already have at home. Save this for the next “can I have a snack?” moment.

HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH🍪

2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
4 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1. Combine almond flour, maple syrup, oil, chocolate chips, salt and vanilla Into a large bowl and mix to combine.
2. Flatten the dough onto a lined sheet pan, and use a heart cut out to make heart shapes.
3. Place In freezer to chill for 10 min.
4. While freezing, melt chocolates with 1 Tbsp coconut oil.
5. Coat hearts In chocolate and place back onto sheet pan, adding whatever toppings you desire.
6. Place back Into the freezer for 10 min to harden and enjoy!
