EASY LAVASH BREAD | Excellent Flatbread With Kebabs, Falafel & Doner Kebabs

An easy, simple recipe that goes really well with your chicken kebabs, adana kebabs, doner and falafels. Use this bread to wrap and mop up your hummus or place your favourite cheese blends in the centre and melt it to have a delicious cheese bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

750g plain flour
3 tsp salt
6 tbsp olive oil
1.5 cups water, add another 5 tbsp as needed

It stays well in the fridge for a few days in an airtight bag
