3Mev 45mA beam. In this video the electron beam was turned up to full current, 15x the typical current of a typical pass, and the lights were turned out allowing the electron beam ionizing the air to be observed. Calcite samples glowing as they pass through the beam.

Radiation shielded Gopro Hero 3+ Silver sent through electron beam irradiator. GoPro is enclosed in a 1/4" thick lead box with a 1/2" thick, 50% lead glass window. Additionally there is a 1/4" thick lead plate above the camera box to provide shielding from direct irradiation from the beam.
