This incredible progress is all thanks to the unwavering commitment of the Marape Government through the 'Connect PNG' programme. The dedicated Works and Highways team, led by Secretary David Wereh, worked tirelessly alongside diligent contractors who turned the vision of a fully sealed Kassam Pass Road into a reality.

To give you a firsthand look at this impressive road, I attached a camera to the roof of my vehicle as I drove down the pass from Yonki to the picturesque Markham Valley. The scenery is breathtaking, and you won't want to miss it!
