In this video, I will try to explain the benefits of zinc use in plants especially in wheat crop. Zinc deficiency is observed in Pakistani 85% soils resultantly deficiency symptoms occur in human beings and plants.
Best zinc for soil application is zinc sulphate and if farmer want to spray zinc on crops then he should use chelated zinc such as Librel zinc by Engro, headland zinc by Swat agro, select by Kenzo ag etc. Chelated zinc are best for Foliar spray on crops.
If farmer uses zinc in wheat crop, he may increase the number of tillers in wheat field resultantly spike per unit area can be increased by use of zinc in wheat crop.
Zinc sulphate 33% is recommended @ 6 kg per acre in soil application.
Zinc sulphate 27% is recommended @ 7.5 kg per acre.
Zinc sulphate 21% is recommended @ 10 kg per acre.
Zingro by Engro Fertilizer Company, zinc by Ffc etc are products of zinc sulphate.
