INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO PREPARE Tamatar ko Chutney/Achar / Golveda ko Achar
Fresh small tomatoes: 750 gram
Fresh Coriander: a handful
Mustard oil (You can skip oil if you wish to- in that case you just need to dry roast the spices): 50 ml
Sichuan pepper: 1/2 table spoon
Fresh Garlic: 4-5 cloves
Salt: 1 table spoon
Jeera: 1 table spoon
Dried Red Chilli: 5-10 as you desire

Aalu ko Achar / Aloo ko Achar / Kakro ko achar / Newari Achar is all time favourite Nepali dish. It is very famous in every household in Nepal. Mainly it is prepared in special occasions in Newari Bhoj. Golveda/Tamatar ko Achar goes very well with rice, pulao, chiura, momo, roti and so on.
