Martina released the Smokey Wolf in 2023 - a tracer unit with a built-in smoke machine. Since then, a mini version has also been released, and at IWA 2025, Eshooter showcased their new Flare Smoky unit. Simulating the muzzle flash has simply increased the fun factor, even with the most basic and dull AEGs - the firing experience of which might otherwise be comparable to holding a kitchen blender in your hands.

The Galil replica by ICS is a very good AEG. But here, it's used as an example of a very basic AEG. In fact, it’s not even a new product by ICS and lacks many modern features such as blowback, simulated recoil, a MOSFET, quick spring change, etc. Just by adding the Smokey Wolf, firing this thing makes it look like a whole different beast.

EBB replicas are cool even as they are. However, even here, the muzzle flash is a great addition - as demonstrated with the LCT HK53.
