দারুণ মজার টমেটো বেগুনের ভর্তা || Tomato & Eggplant Vorta

Today's menu is Tomato & Eggplant Vorta ( টমেটো বেগুনের ভর্তা) This is a traditional Bengali vorta recipe and one of my favorite way to enjoy eggplant and tomato together. It goes very well with white rice or Khichuri. I hope you will love this recipe as much as I do.

বেগুন ভর্তা বাঙালির প্রিয় একটা ভর্তা, টমেটো পোড়া ভর্তাও আমার খুব পছন্দের। আর এই দুই পছন্দের ভর্তা যদি এক করা যায় তাহলে? আজ সেই রেসিপিই শেয়ার করছি। অনেকেই এই ভর্তাটা করেন। আমি শেয়ার করছি কিভাবে গ্যাসের চুলায় সহজ ভাবে আমি এই রেসিপিটা করি.

Tomatoes 2 large
thai green chilies 2 chopped
garlic cloves 2 (optional)
cilantro chops- 1/2 cup
onion thinly sliced 1/2
dry whole red chilies 3
mustard oil 1/4 cup or as needed
salt- 1& 1/2 tsp or as per taste
sugar-1/2 tsp
