2391 - RING CIRCUIT TESTING – RESISTANCE – R1+R2

Описание к видео 2391 - RING CIRCUIT TESTING – RESISTANCE – R1+R2

We’ve had a few requests to explain what sort of “things” an assessor is looking for when they are observing someone carrying out ring circuit tests.
And we’ve also had questions about just what is an R1 plus R2 test and what is the difference between big Rs and little Rs.
So in this video we will look at both of these requests.
We will work our way through the resistance tests for a socket ring circuit and understand why we are doing certain actions at certain times and what results we are expecting. At the same time we will point out the key areas that an assessor is looking at, what an assessor will be expecting to see you do during a practical assessment.
Everybody is nervous when they are being assessed but the assessor is actually on your side. The assessor wants you to pass and in this video we will discuss how you can help that process.
