The Beast Deity SSJ3s are still up for Pre-order and they are going for 59.99 USD that is roughly 8,710.16 yen or 54.82 Euros.

With that being said, all the different figures that are coming out this year budgeting is going to be quintessential, that is if we are trying to be financially responsible, while still enjoying our hobby of collecting action figures, especially with the prices of Action figures nowadays, But perhaps your financial situation allows you to purchase figures with no problem at all in that case.
