2. placenta praevia.
when the placenta is located in the wrong place before the head of the baby then it can give bleeding.
3. abruptio placenta
it is critical gynecological emergency when the placenta is abrupted.
it can due to the high blood pressure of the pregnant lady or some trauma on the abdomen can give this critical emergency.
in this case there can be heavy per vaginal bleeding or can be concealed bleeding inside the uterus
