Visit the Official Portal: Navigate to the STI Portal using a web browser.
Registration/Login:
If you are a first-time applicant, you will need to register for a new account using your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number.
If you have a previous account, you can log in directly. Some users have reported issues with existing CNICs during new application phases, in which case re-registration might be necessary if the system allows it.
Complete Your Profile: After logging in, you will be guided through a series of steps to fill out your profile:
Personal Information: Enter your basic details, contact information (postal and permanent addresses), and a recent photograph.
Educational Details: Carefully provide all your academic qualifications from Matric onwards (Matric, Intermediate, Graduation, Master's, etc.), including the institution name, board/university, roll number, registration number, marks obtained, and year of completion. Professional Qualifications/Experience (if any): Add details of professional teaching qualifications or prior experience.
Upload Required Documents: Scan and upload clear copies of all necessary documents. Ensure each image file is below the specified size limit (often less than 200 KB). Required documents typically include:
CNIC (front and back) or B-Form if under 18.
Matriculation Certificate.
Intermediate Certificate.
Domicile Certificate (essential for applying as the recruitment is local residential, by Union Council).
Affidavit (a sample can often be downloaded from the portal).
Degree(s) and relevant transcripts.
Select Preferences & Submit: Once your profile is complete, you can view the available school vacancies in your Tehsil/Union Council. You will be allowed to select multiple school preferences (usually up to 5).
Final Review: Review all your entered information for accuracy, tick the "I Agree" checkbox, and submit your application before the deadline.

Merit-Based Local Recruitment: Selection is primarily based on academic merit and an interview, with preference given to candidates residing in the same village/mouza/ward and Union Council as the hiring school.
