Outriders world tier 15 at only level 21 and with ONLY BLUES - profile overview and build details!

Here's proof that you don't need crutches like legos and purples with double mods to reach world tier 15 at such a low level!
I have never gotten a legendary so I don't even have a single tier 3 mod. I have not claimed my free legendary rewards for world tiers because I'm planning to do that when I'm level 30. I did get a bunch of purples while farming and dismantled them all for the tier 2 mods, which I am using on some of my blues. I wanted to dismantle all my preorder items as well for their tier 2 mods, but they are hard locked and impossible to dismantle.
My Technomancer build is very balanced, with good survivability, crowd control and very high damage to targets affected by the toxin and vulnerability procs. The toxin damage over time itself does barely anything at higher levels, so don't bother modding specifically for that.
Don't forget to equip all gear with as much bonus firepower as possible! Anomaly damage does barely anything at high levels, so don't mod for that either.
You can pretty much make a build like this for any of the 4 classes, as they all have a specific damage over time effect to take advantage of.
