Something cool yet delicious would warm you from the inside, that is what exactly Laphing is. Laphing is a well-known Tibetan street food with a spicy flavor and slick texture that is typically eaten with soy sauce. The meal is actually a Sichuan cuisine, and its original Chinese name is Liang Fen. The soup is also prepared differently in Tibetan style, which made its way from the northern part of the country to Nepal's southern neighbor through Boudha with the assistance of Tibetan immigrants and refugees.
