If you are moving to a new neighborhood, "Is this neighborhood safe?" is likely one of the top questions running through your head. In this video - I will give you 5 ways to answer this question using crime rate maps and statistics to help you determine the answer!

Local Police Department - Research online or CALL the non-emergency line - local police station and ask them what information they can provide regarding crime rate reports. This should be the most accurate most up to date information for your location.

C) ✅www.niche.com – if you haven’t yet discovered this site in your home buying search – DO THIS NOW! It is my favorite for city rankings for crime, schools, jobs, etc.
D) ✅www.City-Data.com – Another bigger site but I feel this website seems to lag a few years behind on current data
