This is the story of how Rick Wakeman created the legendary piano introduction for Cat Stevens recording of Morning Has Broken.

We'll break down the song harmonically, and share the story of how a young Rick Wakeman was taken advantage of by the label.

The excerpt of Rick telling the story himself comes from a life performance. As far as I can tell, it's from the full length recording of _Live in California & Virginia in 1994_, though the story was not included in the album release of the live show.
