The clean guitar part in the second half of the second verse may not be 100% accurate - it's hard to make out the guitar part in that section.

For the video I've played it on an 8-string guitar in drop D#:
D#, A#, D#, G#, C#, F#, A#, d#.

However it's also possible to play on a baritone guitar in the same tuning (which is probably how the original song was recorded as we know Sleep Token use a custom baritone guitar):
D#, A#, D#, G#, C#, f#.
