The Special Interest Group Loss, Death and Bereavement is very pleased to have presented a series of lectures on aspects of loss. The series presented contemporary research and information in an accessible way and aimed to equip the practitioner with new ways to resource themselves and those they work with. The series covered topics ranging from models of grief to working with loss and ways to support staff and self. This lecture called From Freud to Neimeyer: How our understanding of bereavement
