room condition: room floor is covered with pvc, all corners are clean, bedsheets clean, bed and pillow fluffy and comfortable 👍
coffee and water provided. However snacks and beverages inside fridge provided with fee.
bathroom: all corners are clean, body and rain shower type, amenities complete, plenty of various size of towels.
breakfast: it’s Halal food 🤩, got white rice and fried noodles, chicken, fried and boiled eggs, fruit and salad corner, coffee and tea, bread and cereals. Mostly the taste is great for me.😋
location: great 👍. 5 mins walking from Central Festival Mall. 10 mins walking from Hatyai bus/van station. 10mins walking to Night market ( asean bazaar and greenway night market). 😍
facilities: swimming pool clean , infinity pool type, inside shower soap and shampoo provided, pool towel provided
gym: small but quite complete with the open sky glass roof concept.🥰

Cons. 📝:
this hotel is quite famous for wedding events. So do call them first if the pool will be open during your stay. The pool is located beside their wedding chapel. They will close the pool when there’s a wedding event.
only coffee provided. No tea bag😜

Overall rate: 8.5/10. Worth it 👍
