Master Mayank had multiple congenital deformities. A 9 year old boy presented with unable to stand without support,
he was crawling if he has to go any where ( he was studying in a school for special children).

O/E - He had bilateral congenital dysplasia of hip joint (his legs were externally related due to anterior dislocation of
hip joint), bilateral CTEV.
Genu Recurvatum on left side and flexion contracture of right knee.

He was operated in 2017 at Lucknow, Multiple procedures were done

= Supracondylar osteotomy both sides to correct external rotation of limbs (bony procedures)

= Genurecurvatum for Knee flexion contracture were also managed while supracondylar osteotomy.

= For CTEV both sides, soft tissue correction and bony procedures were done.

All procedures were performed in single surgery.

After 14 months, patient's feet and legs were corrected, and he started walking with the
support of walker.
