Are narcissists all the same in how they act? To a certain point, yes.
They are only interested in themselves, they get irritated easily, and they are always putting the blame on someone else and changing the subject. They are only interested in what they want and how they want it. People who care about them lose faith in them because they are unpredictable, don't show appreciation, and are stuck in the past. These people are sneering, cocky jerks who don't even believe what they're saying. They are rude and selfish kids who believe they are above the law. They know how to use rationalization, guilt, and other psychological tricks to get what they want.
