For caramel layer:
6 tbsp Sugar

For Carrot Pudding:
2 large Carrot(150 g)
1/2 cup water
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee
pinch of Salt
pinch of Cardamom powder
