It's my first makeup video of 2022! How have you all been?
I've been good! I finally feel motivated to do daily tasks/take care of myself again. I really lost that these past 2 years–going to sleep was a chore, and waking up was even harder. But every day has been healing. I recently rewatched Kiki's Delivery Service and it had a completely different meaning to me now that I'm older. I remember it being a cute coming-of-age movie about a witch, but watching it now at 22 years old after having gone through that period of depression and burnout, there was something so healing about it. It's always such a unique experience rewatching your favorite childhood movies and being able to attach new meanings to them. I hope you're all healing too & that this video helped you relax a bit ♡
