I wanted to give an idea of the cold starting characteristics of this generator . It gives a brief puff of smoke then cleans up right away. The outside temp is around 4C. I used the preheat coil for about 15 secs but I am not sure it was necessary. I have just replaced the original battery with a larger gel cell which fits nicely.
