Welcome to Heal Scourge! This has quickly become one of my favorite builds! Lets go over why you should play it!

Pros:
Big Barriers
Amazing Condi cleanse
decent healing
amazing revival tools
HUGE CC
boon strip

Cons:
swiftness is weird to apply (anet please let warhorn apply group swiftness and some other random boons)
stability is also weird to give (you have to walk over players)
no blocks
no consistent vigor or resolution

This build gives 25 might, alac, regen, fury and protection very consistently. Gives occasional aegis and can give stab.

Utility flex spot is trail of anguish. Take well of power, signet of undeath, spectral grasp, or sand swell. Whatever your team might need!
