Patented design for an optimized moisture profile.The unique, patented Transphase steam box design offers major improvements over conventional designs. The modular Z-Plate steam diffuser system allows the steam box to be optimized for the respective application, and each steam box is also optimized for the vacuum element below it.

Typical steam use of 0.07 to 0.12 tons/ton.
Sheets are 1.5 to 3% dryer after the press.
Up to 80% reduction in 2-sigma CD Moisture.
