Downgrades DNA M16A1 to early type.

I installed the DNA’s triangle charging handle of the earliest AR-15 rifle (Colt 601). While it was predictable, it soon became apparent that the shape wasn't right for a life-and-death scene. With the triangle, you have to pinch the handle rather than pull it over your finger.
