As they bicker over Elena's innocence, Luz (Sylvia Sanchez) soon regains her consciousness and is finally able to tell the truth about the real culprit behind her attack. Elena finally walks free with a clean name and she and Luz decide to forgive each other for their mistakes and restart their friendship. In the Mabunga household, the Mabungas turn sentimental as they look back on the challenges that they have weathered together in the past months. Finding closure, Elena confronts Loida (Irma Adlawan) about her reason for killing Stefano (Marco Gallo).
