একজন সাধারণ মাঝারি মানের ছাত্র হয়েও নিজের প্রতিটা Failure থেকে কিভাবে শেষমেশ UPSC-তে Success পেলেন পূর্ণাভ গাঙ্গুলী? সেই Motivation-এর গল্পই এবার Josh Talks Bangla-এর মঞ্চে।
যাদবপুর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের গণ্ডি পেরিয়ে দিল্লি বিশকবিদ্যালয়ে স্নাতকোত্তর স্তরে ভর্তি হয়ে পূর্ণাভ UPSC পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি নিতে থাকেন। কিন্তু প্রথম ২ বার prelims round, এবং তৃতীয়বার mains round অবধি পৌঁছেও ব্যর্থ হওয়ায় হতাশা গ্রাস করে তাঁকে। তবু, অদম্য মনের জোরে নিজের জানপ্রাণ লড়িয়ে আবার পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি নেন পূর্ণাভ এবং চতুর্থবার অবশেষে সফল হন UPSC-তে।

From a very mediocre, average student to a UPSC officer – the success story of Purnava Ganguly is a collage of hard work, discipline and determination. After completing graduation from Jadavpur University Purnava took admission in Delhi university for his post-graduation and started preparing for UPSC examination. However, after failing at prelims round at first 2 times and at mains round at the third time, he was engulfed in depression. But, with unbreakable will-power, he again prepared for UPSC examination with all his blood and sweat and at last succeeded at his fourth attempt.
On Josh Talks’ stage, Purnava Ganguly’s talk leaves an example for us as how an average, mediocre student can crack UPSC examination only with determination.
