This two-part video series is focussed on using PyFluent scripts to automate the process of meshing and setting up an aerodynamics simulation in Ansys Fluent. The series focusses on an example FSAE vehicle but can be modified to suit most student vehicle aerodynamics applications.

Part 1 (this video) focusses on best practices for geometry preparation and in-depth analysis of the Python meshing script. The example focusses on FSAE but can be modified to suit most aerodynamics applications.

Part 2 (   • Ansys Fluent – Automate aerodynamics simul...  ) provides an in-depth analysis of the PyFluent script to setup an aerodynamics simulation for the meshed geometry created in Part 1.
