According to Wikipedia, Ayn Rand described her philosophy she called Objectivism as "The concept of man as a heroic being, with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life, with productive achievement as his noblest activity, and reason as his only absolute"

As an author and creator, I have an interest in exploring other the thoughts of others regardless of whether or not I agree with them in order to promote a discourse for anyone to critically consider. Personally, I do have a believe in God, though I tend to lean more towards a spiritual belief with the idea that most religions, if not all are based on central truths that are expressed in different forms, but nevertheless illustrates similar archetypes that show that in many ways, we all have much more in common than we have acknowledged. In addition, I firmly believe in, nobody has the monopoly on God‘s love, and if there were no God, that does not mean that humanity would fall into chaos since one’s moral beliefs, and knowledge of right from wrong to not necessarily stem from any spiritual or religious beliefs, or fears of some form of punishment. In that respect, I find Isaac Asimov’s discussion on humanism to be quite interesting and generally, I agree with what he has said, and yet I still believe in God.
