Gaming in 4k on a £30/$35 Scam GPU.

Hello and Welcome to another budget builds episode where today we'll be taking a look at another scam, except this time with a twist, we'll be testing the majority of our games in 4k, as well as some of 2018's biggest titles just so you guys can see how it performs. Sure it's no powerhouse, but for £30 or so, these cards arent actually much of a scam, not that I endorse the practise, but you'll struggle to find a GTX550Ti for much cheaper than that....And you can also get a refund on these; and who doesn't love a free graphics card.
