Cooker me dalen: tamatar, capsicum, gajar, hara dhaniya, chota tukda adrak, 4–5 choti elaichi, 4–5 laung, 7–8 kali mirch sabut, 15–16 dane chiraunji, chota tukda jaiphal, 2 tej patta, 2 hari mirch, 18–20 kaju, namak, haldi, dhaniya powder aur Kashmiri mirch powder.
Sab me thoda pani daal kar cooker ke 2 seeti laga do.
Thanda hone par sabko pees lo aur ek smooth gravy bana lo.
⭐ Shimla Mirch Prep
Shimla mirch ke top (dhakkan wala part) kaat kar alag rakh lo.
Mirch ko stuffing ke liye ready kar lo.
🥔 Stuffing Preparation
Kadhai me thoda oil garam karo.
Dal do jeera, chopped garlic, chopped ginger aur chopped onion.
Ab isme 1 cup besan dal kar achhe se bhun lo.
Fir add karo namak, haldi, mirch powder, dhaniya powder aur amchoor powder.
