Here's a compilation of every single puzzle room theme in the Zero Escape series, including a few that aren't exclusive in puzzle rooms, but still play in them regardless. The only exception that may count would be ~Ustulate Pathos~ [Vintage Ver.] which plays in ZTD's Rec Room, but I wouldn't count it since it isn't the Rec Room's theme, just a track that plays during the room temporarily.

These are also all gamerip versions of the songs (barring Bogue Solace -Alt-), not from the OSTs. These are also rips from the original titles, and not the Nonary Games Collection.
