Ingredients:
1) Chicken breast cut into bite-size (500 gms)
2) Dry powder spice (rough grind)
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon Schezuan peppercorn
3) 1 onion cut into chunks
4) 4-5 garlic lightly smashed
5) 1-inch ginger sliced
6) 1/2 yellow & 1/2 red bell-pepper cut into chunks
7) 8 pieces of Shitake mushroom cut into half
