In this segment, we show you how to properly cut weight drastically in a safe manner in a 24 hour period of time span. In case you were not aware, it takes alchemy, internally, biochemical alchemy, to not destroy your body, cells, blood, organs and brain. It is a true science and art. If not done properly, we are creating so much damage to our bodies, more than the actual brut trauma blunt force that we take in training, sparring, and fighting.

Aside from reaching metabolic burnout, we dilute our blood, and damage ALL our organs and bone/skeletal structure, nerves, ligaments, tendons,.... it damages our entire body, and thus, the quality of mind.
