Michelin Pho in Saigon 🇻🇳 Mama Chao’s 3 Day Beef Broth is INSANE

Today was my last day in Saigon and that means my Vietnam trip has come to an end! I Couldn't leave without one last pho and I think we may have just saved the best till last!

I headed to a 38 year old (altogether) Pho shop called Phở Chao, a Michelin recommended pho restaurant in the Binh Tanh area of Saigon.

The owner, Mama Chao, is one of the nicest, warmest and most welcoming people I've ever met and her three day broth is worth the flight from Thailand alone!
