Ryobi Leaf Blower Repair - Will Not Start, No Spark BP42

This Ryobi Backpack leaf blower is only 4 years old. From the looks of it, all 4 years were spent outside. I purchased this from an auto mechanic who said he tried rebuilding the carburetor without success. The recoil was broken, no spark, carburetor leaking, primer bulb was bypassed and had a hole in the primer bulb.
