This build is going to give you the power to get an obscene lead on any other empire whilst still keeping a balanced economy and reasonable alloy production potential! We are going to get easily get a RECORD 1.3k research by 2030

Machine ring worlds are easily the most powerful build in Stellaris today. This empire will be spiced up with a little biological flavour in the form of the rogue servitor civic. This gives excellent stability and boosts your unity output. In addition I have also used solar panels extensively and hydroponics bays for amazing extra energy and food production, as now technology boosts those starbase modules.
