Versa-Style Street Dance Company, a vibrant collective of Los Angeles artists, has celebrated the rich tapestry of global street dance culture for over 20 years. "Rooted Rhythms" pays homage to Street Dance styles such as Waacking, Popping and House, as well as Afro-Latin styles such as Salsa and West African, in a performance representing the diverse experiences of LA’s BIPOC communities. The high-energy works accentuate the different paces, tempos, and pulses of street and social dance forms in a unique blend of choreography and freestyle elements.
