Let’s take a closer look at the Indes Bird. This Axie was one of the most popular choices for a long time due to its perfect synergy between speed, damage, and utility. Hare is crucial for beast damage and card draw. Eggshell is arguably one of the strongest cards in the game, providing high damage while spreading damage to the backline and protecting your tank. Peacemaker offers decent damage and reduces the opponent’s damage output, while Balloon inflicts fear on opponents at zero cost.

I would argue that Hungry Bird is a much better option here due to its high damage, but it costs four times more than the $8 price tag of this bird.
Switching to the Machine Gun Bird, this is one of my favorite Axies that I’ve been playing since the end of 2021. Its damage output is massive, especially with the introduction of artifacts. Now, it can take down a Plant or Dusk in a single round.

The synergy between Tri Feather and The Last One is incredible. The Last One deals significant damage while also triggering the second hit of Tri Feather, amplifying its effectiveness. A second Eggshell adds an element of surprise for opponents and serves as an important win condition, as it allows your Plant to survive longer and protect the birds.

One of the most satisfying moments is when opponents target the Plant with 5 energy, only to have their attacks redirected to a bird with just 200 health points left. The mouth card here is Peace Maker, but, once again, Hungry Bird would be a superior option due to its higher damage potential.
As for the Immortal Plant, it’s a true tank that can hold its own even in 1v1 scenarios. Bone Sail at the back is essential, as it provides valuable card draws. Zigzag offers healing, Leaf Bug generates crucial energy, and Hot Butt disables the opponent's mouth card—an incredibly valuable feature since frontline Axies often steal or destroy energy. Additionally, disabling Aqua’s Risky Fish in 1v1 scenarios can be a game-changer.

This Plant shines in critical moments when you can divert your opponent's attacks with an Eggshell play from one of the birds, allowing the Plant to heal and generate energy. At the start of a battle, if you don’t draw cards for your Plant, I recommend leading with an Eggshell. For this team, it’s vital for the Plant to survive as long as possible to protect the birds, which are glass cannons and need multiple rounds to deal maximum damage.
