Back when Ax (Bill Eadie) & Smash (Barry Darsow) were teaming as Demolition for Vince McMahon's WWF, the duo was achieving incredible success. Things changed once the Road Warriors were signed and when Ax came down health issues prior to Wrestlemania VII.

So what made Demolition Smash quit WWF? What was Bill Eadie led to believe? Wait till you hear what WCW Wrestling booker Ole Anderson had in mind for Demolition. According to Ax, there was an idea to bring back the Masked Superstar gimmick so Ax could work a program vs Big Van Vader. Meanwhile, Smash & Crush would continue on in WCW as Demolition. Another scenario would reunite the original Demolition as Ax & Smash, right at the same time when the Road Warriors were leaving WCW for WWF.

This Demolition shoot interview was conducted in 2005.
