How to Respond When Someone Yells at You

It’s childish and uncalled for… so don’t react to it. Don’t lower yourself to their standards.

Instead, take control of the conversation, keep your energy and bring the ball on your side of the court.

Controlling a conversation is a power move.

It’s letting the other person know, whatever tactic this is, it doesn’t work on you.

So they best change their behaviour.

The beauty in this is that you’re teaching them how to treat you by showing them how to treat you.

And that’s the biggest flex.
