Columbia AJ Disc Graphophone (second style, 1903)

Описание к видео Columbia AJ Disc Graphophone (second style, 1903)

Here is a very nice Columbia type AJ front-mount Disc Graphophone, from 1903.

It has a single spring motor, in the fancy pressed-wood oak base with carrying handle and ornate base and traveling arms. It has a 10 inch turntable platter, with its original felt. The long throat analyzing reproducer is the early style, with the lever-type needle chuck, and has been rebuilt for best sound.

Yankee Doodle Dandy, the George M. Cohan classic, sung by good ole Billy Murray.
