1 Week Road Trip in Finland | RV Travel Video 2021 (Visiting Lapland & national parks)

Here's a short RV travel video from our 1 week trip across Finland in Spring 2021! 🤗 Me and my boyfriend decided to rent a RV for a week and do a RV road trip here in Finland. During our trip we visited some beautiful Finnish national parks, Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi (on the Arctic Circle) and other interesting places. Because of the pandemic we cannot travel very much currently, but luckily we were able to do this 1 week road trip with our rental RV.

Our first stop during our RV road trip was Rovaniemi, a city located on the Arctic Circle in Lapland. In Rovaniemi we visited the Santa Claus Village. From Rovaniemi we drove to Korouoma Canyon where we did a 5 km hike and enjoyed the beautiful scenery, I can definitely recommend this place! The next day we drove to Oulanka National Park where we also did a 5 km long hike and afterwards we drove a couple of hours to Suomussalmi to spend the night there. In the morning we continued our RV road trip by driving to Koli National Park. On the way we also visited the historical Raate Road (Raatteen tie).

We arrived in Koli in the evening and spent a few hours at Koli Relax Spa which was very relaxing! The next day we did a hike in Koli National Park and enjoyed the stunning views from Ukko-Koli and Akka-Koli before we started our trip back home. 😊
