How did Searchie even start? Here's a short history of how tit came to be.

Well Hi everybody! I hope you're having a fabulous day. I'm Deanna Fenton and I'm your host for Simple Steps to Online Success. And Searchie was developed by Stu Mclaren and his business partners. So Stu is known of course as the membership guy. He is the creator of the Tribe course, the Tribe membership. He knows anything you need to know about creating, building, scaling, membership sites. Well one of the challenges, he realized he had a specific challenge in his business. And the challenge was they produced untold hours worth of video content because there was so much video content there really wasn't an easy way to find it and index it and utilize all of this video content. So this.... because his business partners are also involved in a software app development company they decided to create a solution to their problem. And that solution became Searchie. And it was a way to upload video, index video, transcribe the video, and then make it accessible and searchable by keywords within the videos. So it was immediately.... it was just intended as an internal tool that helped them solve a problem. But then very quickly they realized the power of this. And the power is, an easy way to create and or upload video and make it searchable by transcribing it and using artificial intelligence to be able to create a search engine where people could search by keywords and be taken to that point in the video where that keyword was mentioned. So that became Searchie and it became a public product. And as a proud member of Tribe both the course and the memberships, I was a founding member of Searchie because I immediately realized how valuable this was going to be for my members and my membership. Just to give you the quick selling point for me was that now in my membership because we do so many Q&As and in the Q&As

we cover a variety of different topics based on what everybody's questions are. My members know that they don't even need to take notes during the Q&As because they can just make a notation of search for how to set up a lead magnet pipeline. And they can go back in the membership now and I have a way that they can access the content inside of Searchie and they enter that keyword and it will pull up all the videos where that was mentioned and they can click on it and go directly to that point in the video where that keyword was mentioned.
