How to achieve feline flicks with liner on hooded eyes

The cat eye, the feline flick or winged liner can be quite tricky when you have a hooded eye or fine lines. As it's probabably one of my most asked about eye looks, I thought it was probably time I filmed a tutorial. Rather conveniently it's also ties in with a recent look I created for one of my clients, Kylie Minogue. I've recreated her makeup look using the same products, so you can try at home.
